Join the Tennessee Riverline and Meigs Chamber for a Partner Paddle at the Euchee Marina on August 12 from 10 am to 12 pm. This free paddle event is open to the community and intended for first time + seasoned paddlers to experience the joy of kayaking on the Tennessee River / Watts Bar Lake in Meigs County. We will lead a leisurely paced paddle from the boat ramp around the sloughs and back.

Kayaks and paddleboards will be available to use free of charge (Limited quantities available).

Experienced guides will be on hand to provide instruction and on-water support during the paddle. Participants must RSVP in advance for paddling equipment, sign a liability release waiver and wear a lifejacket in order to participate in the paddling portion of this event.

This is a great opportunity to learn about the Tennessee Riverline and the Meigs Chamber and their efforts to create more recreational opportunities in our region.

This event is open to all ages, but paddling is best suited for ages 13+ with a participating adult.
Attendees are invited to stay after the paddle event to have lunch at Euchee Marina.
