652 to You Campus Edition

Join us on February 14 & 15 for an interactive engagement event right here on UTK’s Campus!

Students, give your input about the Tennessee River on Feb. 14 and Feb. 15 in the SU.

Come by the SU, Rocky Top Connector Bridge, between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Feb. 14 and Feb. 15 to share your thoughts about access to and use of the Tennessee River. Would you like to see more kayak ramps? Want to see campgrounds or more walking or biking trails along the river? Concerned about environmental impacts on the river? Let us know.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to stop by—no appointment needed—to participate in interactive activities to share your feedback and ideas about the Tennessee River.

The events are hosted by the Tennessee RiverLine, which started right here at UT, and envisions a continuous system of paddle, hike and bike experiences along the full length of the Tennessee River, 652 miles, from Knoxville to Paducah, KY. The Tennessee RiverLine team is partnering with many river communities to bring economic, environmental, access and health benefits to their citizens.

The Tennessee RiverLine will serve four states and dozens of cities, towns and rural communities along the Tennessee River, as well as the more than 4.5 million residents who call the Tennessee River Valley home.

We look forward to seeing you Feb. 14 and Feb. 15 and learning more about what you believe is the vision for the Tennessee RiverLine on your campus and in your community.
