The Tennessee RiverLine envisions a continuous system of outdoor recreation experiences along the 652-mile reach of the Tennessee River, transforming it into a 1.2-million-acre river park that welcomes all for generations to come.

Vision

To celebrate the beauty, diversity, and history of the Tennessee River Valley; connect people and communities to their river heritage and the Tennessee River landscape; and catalyze economic development, public health, resource stewardship, and expanded access to river spaces and experiences–designed to welcome all.
